We are pleased to announce Golub Capital has opened a San Francisco office. James C. Higgins, who has joined the firm as a Principal and who will be based in San Francisco, will originate and execute new investments and participate in portfolio management .

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Higgins was a Senior Vice President with GE Commercial Finance Global Sponsor Finance Group, where he was the senior originator responsible for middle-market private equity sponsors on the West Coast. At GE, he originated and underwrote senior loans, second-lien loans, mezzanine and equity investments. Prior to GE Commercial Finance, Mr. Higgins was a Senior Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo & Company and a Vice President of Fleet Bank. Mr. Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Babson College.
