Golub Capital Announcement

We are pleased to announce Spyro G. Alexopoulos has joined the firm's New York office as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Alexopoulos will underwrite, execute, originate and monitor investments for the firm.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Alexopoulos was a member of Silver Point Capital's Commercial Finance business where he provided senior and junior capital to middle market companies. Prior to Silver Point, he was a Vice President at GE Capital's Global Sponsor Finance group where he originated, structured and executed middle-market private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Alexopoulos worked in GE Capital's restructuring group managing the workout of distressed portfolio investments. Mr. Alexopoulos earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Wharton University.
