Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Marzen worked as an Investment Officer for CapitalSource Finance, LLC where he structured, executed and managed leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors, providing multiple debt level offerings and equity investments. Prior to CapitalSource, he was a Senior Underwriter for The CIT Group and a Senior Underwriter for Fleet Capital Corporation where he focused on asset-based and enterprise valuation loans. Previously, he was a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Marzen earned a B.S. from George Mason University with a dual major in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Marzen is a CPA.
