Mr. Carroll underwrites, executes and monitors investments for the firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, he was an Investment Officer at CapitalSource Finance LLC where he was responsible for structuring and underwriting healthcare industry leveraged finance transactions. Prior to CapitalSource, Mr. Carroll was a Vice President at GE Capital where he underwrote and closed leveraged finance transactions in the healthcare sector and also restructured distressed transactions. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Carroll graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy and has an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
