Ms. Gallagher is based in the firm's Chicago office. She co-heads the firm's broadly syndicated loan investment business. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Gallagher was with General Electric Asset Management (f/k/a Antares Asset Management) where she handled deal sourcing, underwriting, primary and secondary trading and portfolio management activities for six CLO vehicles totaling approximately $2.5 billion of committed capital. Before serving in this capacity, she participated in the structuring, underwriting, documentation, syndication and management of Antares Capital Corporation's direct middle market loan transactions. Prior to joining Antares, Ms. Gallagher was an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Ms. Gallagher graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in accounting and is a CPA. She has an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
