Mr. Fuller heads the firm’s Capital Markets activities, including transaction structuring and syndication. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fuller spent two years with Merrill Lynch Capital (until its acquisition by GE Capital) where he was responsible for structuring and syndicating transactions originating in the Western, Midwestern and Northeastern regions of the U.S. Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, Mr. Fuller spent eight years in Capital Markets positions with firms including Antares Capital Corporation, Heller Financial and GE Capital, which as a result of their combination are collectively known as GE Antares Capital today. Mr. Fuller also spent time with vCapital, Inc. and State Farm Insurance in Capital Markets and Alternative Investments roles. Mr. Fuller graduated with high honors from Michigan State University with a B.A. in finance and has an M.B.A. in Finance from University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
