Mr. Lazewski underwrites, executes, originates and monitors investments for the firm.  Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Lazewski was a Vice President of Merrill Lynch Capital where he led the structuring, underwriting, documentation and syndication of leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors.  Prior to Merrill, he was an Assistant Vice President at GE Capital / Heller Financial.  Mr. Lazewski earned a BS in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and graduated from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Accounting, and he is a CFA charterholder.
