Mr. Fulk joined Golub Capital in 2004 and was promoted to vice president in 2007. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fulk was an analyst in the merchant banking group at Indosuez Capital evaluating investments in middle market companies. He graduated cum laude from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance.
