Mr. Lamoureux is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Lamoureux was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of National Bank of Canada, where he executed and oversaw growth investments within the financial services sector. Prior to joining the Merchant Bank, Mr. Lamoureux was an associate at Putnam Lovell NBF Securities, an investment banking boutique focused on the financial services industry. Previously, Mr. Lamoureux was an associate at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Lamoureux earned a BBA in Accounting and a Graduate Degree in Public Accountancy from HEC Montreal and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Mr. Lamoureux is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant.
