Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Tuchscherer was a Vice President at GE Antares Capital Corporation, where he led the structuring, underwriting, documentation and syndication of leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors. Prior to Antares, he was an Associate Director in the Asset-Backed Securities Group at Heller Financial. Mr. Tuchscherer earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated with honors from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
